You cannot upgrade a server’s Ubuntu version in place in xCloud. The easiest way to move your websites is to create a new server in xCloud on the currently supported version (Ubuntu 24.04, or Ubuntu 26.04 in beta — see Create a Server with Your Preferred Ubuntu Version) and then use our full server migration feature to clone all of your websites onto the new server.
